2025 Annual conference INFORMATION

The Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management (APMM) Conference will be held May19-21 at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. APMM’s signature annual event is attended by more than 150 professional municipal managers from across the state. This is your chance to form partnerships and build relationships with local decision makers. The conference is packed with keynote speakers, dynamic learning experiences and great networking opportunities for municipal government officials.

Our exhibit space is completely sold out as of April 3, 2025. You can still attend the conference as a non-exhibiting sponsor or walk-around vendor. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to reach out to Mary Costik or Marcia Cavanagh. We still hope to see you there!

Sponsorship opportunities are still available at different levels to allow you to reach the entire APMM membership (over 300 members) and will increase visibility for your company.

Cancellation information: Cancellation for exhibitors and sponsors must be made in writing to Mary Costik, CMP by May 1, 2025 in order to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after May 1, 2025 will not receive any refunds. Questions regarding cancellation should also be directed to Mary Costik, CMP.

The room rate is $179 + taxes and parking is $15 per day, In/Out privileges included when charged to your hotel room. Reservations are available at the group rate until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 or until the room block has been sold-out.
